What did you do to my cheese?

Food science is all the rage these days. Flash freezing with liquid nitrogen is the method most people associate with it, but there are many ways in which science is making a show of the dinner hour.

This website called Ideas In Food has the most incredible pictures I have ever seen of food. They jump right out at you, impressive from the start. The company is based in Levittown, PA and enjoys a cult following.
